- Aluminum core runs edge-to-edge, so heat spreads evenly instead of pooling under the burner ring
- Riveted stainless handles stay cool longer than most rivals and never loosen with age
- Polished 18/10 stainless interior won't pit, react with acid, or absorb odors — will outlast several nonstick sets
- Made in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, with a repair and replacement program that actually works
What we don't
- Costs two to three times what a comparable tri-ply set from Tramontina or Cuisinart runs, for a heat-performance gap that's real but small
- Exterior stainless spots and streaks fast and needs Bar Keepers Friend or similar to stay looking new
- No nonstick piece in the core lineup — you're buying a fry pan separately for eggs
