What we like
- Ceramic Thermolon coating is genuinely PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium-free — not a marketing claim, a real formulation difference from Teflon
- Induction compatible, which is unusual for a nonstick set and a real advantage over most ceramic or Teflon competitors
- Oven-safe to 600°F, notably higher than most nonstick sets, which typically cap around 450-500°F
What we don't
- Ceramic nonstick loses its slick release noticeably faster than Teflon-based coatings with regular high-heat use — owners report a real falloff by year two
- Can't use metal utensils or sustained high heat without accelerating wear, more restrictive than the marketing photos suggest
- Long-term durability doesn't come close to tri-ply stainless — this is a replace-in-a-few-years set, not a buy-once set
