What we like

  • Cheapest reliable way into the K-Cup ecosystem without buying a discount off-brand machine
  • No screen, no settings menu, no manual required — the entire interface is three buttons
  • Small enough footprint to fit under most upper cabinets and on tight counters
  • Being the best-selling Keurig for a decade means parts, descaling solution, and troubleshooting advice are everywhere

What we don't

  • No Strong Brew or Iced setting, so the cup runs thin with darker or bolder roasts
  • 48-oz tank means a daily or twice-daily refill for anyone drinking more than two cups
  • Auto-off is fixed at 2 hours with no programmable start time
  • Build quality is the most basic in the lineup — this is the machine Keurig cost-engineered hardest
