What we like
- Dual-stage auger extracts noticeably more juice per pound than single-pass masticating designs
- Genuinely multi-purpose — mincing, nut butter, pasta extrusion, and baby food attachments all work
- 15-year warranty is the longest in the category by a wide margin
- Runs near-silent at 80 RPM, easy to use early morning without waking a household
What we don't
- 1.5-inch feed chute means real precutting for anything bigger than a grape
- Slow — a full glass of juice is a multi-minute commitment, not a 30-second task
- Attachments for pasta and mincing add their own learning curve and storage footprint
- More parts to hand-wash than a centrifugal juicer, and the screen needs prompt rinsing
